Cardio Kickboxing Combo

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 7783)

I usually teach my kickboxing combo-style before getting into repetitive arm and leg punching and kick sets.

Reverse the combo by shuffling left and doing all kicks with the opposite lead.

I usually have in front of me a series of 4 or 5/32 count combinations that I break down and go through and repeat until the class can return to (just like a hi-lo combo) without really having to think about it. By in front of me, I mean printed clearly on a clip board so that when I have "brain-freeze", it's right in front of me to keep me cueing verbally.
