Noodle Circuit

Thank you to all who have submitted aqua routines to
Turnstep. As a relatively new instructor, I have found them
extremely helpful. I was thinking about doing something
different recently, and decided to try a noodle circuit. My
class really enjoyed it, so maybe you'd like to give it a
try.
Here are the exercises I use, but you may like to use
your own.
- Skipping with noodle
- Suspended jacks
- Suspended cross country skiing
- Running on the spot
- Rocking chair
- The swing
- Tummy tucks
- Rowing the boat
- Squats travel back & forth across the pool
- Reverse squats
Am I the oldest aqua instructor associated with Turnstep
at age 55?
