Allison's Basic Training #1

This is a [Other] pattern from (pattern 7787)

This is my first submission for a Boot Camp/Basic Training class. I have gotten a lot of ideas from other submissions (as you will soon be able to tell). If you have any questions, email me.

Classroom Setup
(I have a very large room to work with, so you may need to change to fit your size of room.)

Cool down

I usually start cooling down by jogging slowly around the room. Then, I slow that down to a power walk. Finally, I slow that down to a slow walk.

Push ups


(I try not to do abs at the end of class because they should be contracting their abdominals throughout the class.) Hold this move for one minute. You may need to start out holding only for 15-30 seconds, but increase time each class until you reach one minute.
