Kick Combos

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 7789)

Combo 1:

Make sure the music tempo is not too fast or kicks look like lunges!!
Start in right foot front/left foot back stance:

Do 8-12 sets on each leg lead, then you can alternate leads by substituting a jack for the squat. My class loves the crescent kicks.

Combo 2:

Start low. Move high, then higher.

You can do this 8x on right and 8x on left.
Cut it down to:

Kicks no tap side:
Shin kick, gut kick, head kick, and add 1 more of your own: jack, another gut kick, a deep squat, or an explosion.

Combo 3:

Front/back stance:

You can do a 1/4 turn with the jacks to turn you to the side wall, back wall, side wall, and back to front. Have fun. Email if ?s.
