Work Those Arms

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 7800)

Staggered stance to begin (right leg forward).

I cue this "Jab, jab, cross, cross, hook, upper, shuffle, shuffle"

Start out half-time, then step it up to double time for a great arm workout that uses all four punches.

Repeat other side.
