E.Bunny's "ABS"solute Fun!

This is an Abs pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 7802)

All of my abs classes incorporate isometrics. Here is one I used last week...starting on your back, hands behind head for support (note: a nice variation is to make a fist in each hand and place them by your temples so you are not "yanking" on your neck).

Level 1:

Do this 4 times...

Level 2:

Do this 2 times...

Level 3:

Do this 4 times...

Sometimes I accidently run over time on step or aerobics, which cuts back the time for the abdominals. This is a great "killer" ab workout in a short amount of time. Have fun!!!
