Bicep Burn!

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 7803)

Each participant will need 2 tubings of the same resistance. I use light tubing (yellow) as this is a very difficult exercise and I felt it the next day!

Have each participant hold both tubes in each hand, 2 handles per hand. Now have them place their right foot on one tube, and their left foot on the other tube. Feet are shoulder distance apart and the tubes will resemble a "W" when held correctly.

Warm up with single and 1/2 count bicep curls.

Now here's the hard part:

I know this sounds confusing. Once the class watches me do about 2 of them, they get it. I cue it "Curl UP, OUT, HALF WAY, IN, OUT, UP, IN and DOWN". This is very fatiguing and provides a variation to the regular curls with weights.
