Simple Box Patterns

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 7812)

Pattern One

Repeat on left

Simple pattern, add a little power when doing the knee: use a "smash" which is pretending to grab somebodies head and smash it on the knee. Add a block with the front kick to add a little more.

Pattern Two

Repeat pattern starting left leg lead, add smash to knees and blocks to kicks.
