Kick & Tuck

This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 7813)

This is my first pattern I've placed.

This is just a short one but when teaching it as part of an assessment I was doing, my fellow class mates said they enjoyed it.

This is done in a chest deep shallow class.

You can Pyramid the kicks (5,4,3,2,1) or leave them single. Don't start too high of a count otherwise it gets a bit long.You can also add a single tuck in between each kick. Call out loud "front, tuck, side tuck, back, tuck." Do this for a while and everyone will probably start joining in with the calls.

It's a small one but it's a start
