Fun & Easy to cue

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 7821)

Hi! This is a VERTICAL step pattern! I teach a lot of lunchtime classes that are 40-45 minutes. This one really seems to get them going without too much "brainwork" on their part...(lucky me!)

*Please see below! : )

This is the finished product! Usually I teach 4 taps,4 squats...etc, then break it down to 2, then 1, just so they get the sequence in their mind. I always add kick travel, kick travel, charleston a few more times so they get used to turning back around after that charleston thing. I cue "Kick travel, kick travel, charl turn around 3 repeater ,GO!" or something like that. Then you have to remind them to turn back around to go into the 2 count repeater walk, I usually teach 2 or 4 regular repeater travels then 2 or 4 2 count repeater walks before adding together! They will like it because they can "get it" even though it's not complicated, but fast-paced. Enjoy! Email with any feedback...It's all about the LOVE : )
