Aerobox

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 7828)

I always keep my boxaerobics classes simple, because people hate it when they have to think to much. They just want to have fun and sweat! I alternate blocks with very simple exercises to keep the heartrate up. I try to use good music and stimulate my clients.

They like to say (read: scream!!! otherwise I can't hear them!) what they are doing, and I always let them count with me (because sometimes I forget the number on purpose and I start all over again!).

Warming up:

Short stretch of the legs

Block 1

Repeat 4 times

Cardio:

Block 2

Repeat 4 times

Cardio:

Block 3

Repeat 4 times

Cardio:

Block 4

Repeat 4 times

Cardio:

Cooldown
