Karens Kickin Combos

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 7841)

Hi guys, This is my first entry of some of my kickboxing combos. I hope you like them!! I would also like to thank everyone who has entered combos in the past they have been helpful and have inspired me to improve my choreography.

#1 (center stance)

Repeat left lead

#2 (right lead leg)

Repeat left lead

#3 (right lead leg)

Repeat left lead

#4 (right lead leg)

Repeat left lead

#5 (center stance)

Repeat left lead

#6 (center stance)

Repeat left lead

#7 (right lead leg)

Repeat left lead

#8 (center stance)

I use an easy transistion move to change the lead leg and also give my students a chance to replenish their energy.

Also I do each combo either 8 or 12 times.I hope you have found this helpful.
