Slow To Quick

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 7842)

Standing in athletic stance, with right side of body facing front.

Repeat same sequence on left side of body. I like to put a kick pattern between the right and left side.

This is fun, requires a little thinking, but it is a great way to teach the class to punch fast.
