See Full Body Power #1 & #2 For instructions and first 25 minutes of class. (Don't forget, each # is a 32-count phrase!!!!)

This concludes 37 minutes. If followed exactly it will really only take 37-39 minutes, given a few stalls. Combined with warm up, cool down, and stretching, + a few abdominals, this makes a complete class. My class loved it because it was easy for them to follow. I wrote each item down on my cheat sheet without all the #1,2,3,4's because they are soooooo easy to remember!!!!
