Manu & Carol, Hi/Lo #1

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 7851)

This pattern is self-reversing or alternating.

Combo #1

This routine will alternate over 32 counts

This routine will run very smoothly and using the following breakdown it should be able to be taught to anyone.

The breakdown has three components.

(Normally the third grapevine is a 4 count chasse, which will lead better into the turning leg curls).

Run components 1, 2 and 3 many times so that you can create a comfortable and athletic feel before linking the components to give the final product (combo).

To link the components.
When the group is facing the back after the 2nd double knee, cue "grapevine right, left" (8) then cue "flip chasse or grapevine" this leads into the turning curls which finishes with easy walk facing the front on the other leg.

Both Carol and myself (Manu) are very interested in ideas from other instructors. We both are instructor trainers and prefer chereographed classes with nice breakdown patterns.
