Kickforce Dbl Knee Kicks

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 7862)

These are fun moves that will get your people goin'. Start with right leg lead (south paw) guard up, belly button in, abs tight, legs shoulder width and knees soft facing "12 o'clock".







When I teach my guys it will be in 16 counts and then I will get their heart rate up by cutting it in half, 8 counts. When you utilize dynamic tension in your punches and kicks, you will be maximizing your workout. For more information please email me.
