The music fits the intervals. Classes loved to hate this one! I dubbed music in intervals and listed below are suggestions for each interval.

"Are you ready for this?" warm 8 minutes
Hard beat kickboxing music about 2-3 minutes

The song "Jump" at aerobic/floor 2-3 minutes

The song "I want 1-2 minutes

Freaky Fridays

My Friday morning class is full of die-hards. So, I started Freaky Fridays where they never know what theyre going to get: intense intervals, an hour of abs, jump (see above), stretches, military boot camp. So far, so good!

Total Tuesdays

I worked some Cross Training for the Mind into my Tuesday classes and offer them a positive mental attitude mention working into the cool down. There are tons of email, etc. Let me know if you want to try this I can send you a few good ones for starters!
