Combo #1

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 9006)

Thanks for all the great patterns.

Right leg in front:
Right arm leads:

I usually start slow and then go to tempo.

Next, add one step touch to the front. I call it an ADVANCE. A term I stole from Sharon Mann. Thanks! You may add a plyometric hop to the step touch to increase intensity.

Once you stepback:

You may now do the combo on the other lead facing the back. Hope this makes sense and thanks again. If you're not sure, email me and let me know. Thanks.
