Abs on Fire!

This is an Abs pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9016)

Start in basic crunch position.

Finish off with (8) basic up and down crunches

This is an abdominal excercise I came up with for my Thrashin Abs class. My sudents really feel the burn when they do alot of pulsing reps, then have to hold and isolate the muscles.
