Kicking up a sweat

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9056)

Once they have got this I add direction to the out and in. Out and in front - side - and back. The same when you hustle back, back - side - and front. Now add:

Now you hustle up from the top and are finished when you get back to facing the front.

Repeat above starting on the left.
