Jack-n-Jab Shuffle

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9064)

I got this exercise from an instructor at my old gym. I haven't seen it on this site. Although, I can't take credit for this great move I thought I would share it with everyone.

Start out with 2 jacks, 2 right jabs, 2 jacks, 2 left jabs. Hold the right jab for a few counts so you can transition into the shuffle. The move goes, shuffle 4 counts towards back of room, 2 jabs left, 2 jacks, 2 jabs right, then shuffle 4 counts back to the front.....(when you shuffle your in a fighting stance position) I just want to specify that you are not shuffling backwards on this move.

And then start from the top again...
Run through it 4-8 times and you will be sure to get their hearts pumping. Any questions feel free to email me.
