This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 9091)

The class I teach has a combination of many moves. We like to name different patterns by foods, animals, sports or what have you. This latest move one has proven to strengthen the abs and legs especially.

**TIPS*** Take each step slowly and make sure the class does it with you. Please don't tighten legs toooooo much. Cramps are likely. Focus on abs and legs will follow. Control is key.
