- 1 Split basic (up and lunge) (8)
- 1 Mambo (4)
- 1 Over the top (4)
- 1 Mambo (4)

II
- 2 V-steps (option to jump 2nd V as plyometric
move) (8)
- 1 Basic or run run (4)
- 1 Repeater curl or skate (3 curls on top) (8)
- 2 Jacks or half jacks on floor (4)
- 2 Travel curls (8)
III
- 1 V-step (4)
- 1 Knee lift center (4)
- 2 Heel digs (4)
- 1 Step leap (4)
- 1 Curl straddle curl exit back (8)
- 2 Travel kicks at back (8)
Repeat on other lead from back
IV
- 2 Travel knee lifts (8)
- 1 Karate kick (kick front, side, front) (8)
- 1 Mambo (4)
- 1 Basic change leads (4)
- 2 Travel scoops (like an up tap but jump on
count 2) (8)

- 2 Run runs (8)
- 1 Indecision exit back (8)
