- Turn toward your right do 3 jabs and a left hook (4)
- Repeat above (8)
- Face front bob and weave side to side x 8 (16)
- Turn left 3 left jabs and a right hook (4)
- Repeat above (8)
- Face the front bob and weave x8 (16)
- *Repeat the above combination until you have completed 4 sets.
- Turn to the right 3 right jabs and one left hook (4)
- Repeat (8)
- Face front, do 8 forward kicks (16)
- Turn to the left, 3 left jabs and one right hook (4)
- Repeat (8)
- Face front and do 8 forward kicks (16)
- *Repeat until you've completed 4 sets.
- Turn right 3 right jabs and a left hook (4)
- Repeat (8)
- Face front do 4 right roundhouse kicks (12)
- Stay facing front do 4 left round house kicks (16)
- Turn left 3 left jabs and a right hook (4)
- Repeat (8)
- Face front do 4 right roundhouse kicks (12)
- Do 4 left roundhouse kicks (16)
- *Repeat until you've completed 4 sets.
- Cross country ski x8 (big arm movements) (8)
- Run x8 (16)
- V-stepx8 (24) (big arms)
- Right knee upx4 (28)
- Left knee upx4 (32)
- *Repeat until you've done 4 sets.
- Low impact jog x 12 sashay right x4 (16)
- Low impact jog x12 sashay left x4 (32)
Continue until maximal heart rate reached then go back to
step # one to cool down....
