This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 9108)

Basic stance facing front, feet shoulder width apart.
Key to remember *start & finish wide*


Teach slow first then speed up to an 8 count block


Again teach this slow then speed up to 8 count block

Then add A & B together then repeat other side. Please enjoy, I hope it is of some use to you all out there, I got this from a Tae Box workshop here in Australia & it is my favourite to teach.
