Not your average leg routine!

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 9117)

Using step with 2 risers on each side...

Squats: (1 foot on step, 1 on the floor, just barely wider than shoulder width):

Repeat with other foot on step

Lunges: (start on top of bench, step left leg back onto the floor. Keep left leg on floor for entire series, then switch).

Repeat opposite leg

This is a small part of my Muscle Conditioning class. The high reps with different varieties works well.
