This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9118)

Hi Everybody KandrisFitnessTraining from ATHENS/GREECE is back to make you sweat and unstuck!! Hope you enjoyed my last combinations!! Let me give you 3 more new ones that I made today 4/17/01 in class!! So here is the gift!

extR: turn toward the right shoulder
extL: turn toward the left shoulder

Phrase 1 right/left (32 counts)

Phrase 2 right/left (32 counts)

Print a square!!

Phrase 3 right/left (32 counts)

I call the combos Phrases because of 2 reasons:
*Reason 1 When we first start doing Low Impact Aerobics in 1986 and the first combos started as a BLOCK of 16 counts So it's not great to call a BLOCK 32 counts Remember History!!
*Reason2 The music is derived into musical phrases so why not telling the combinations PHRASE. A Respect to the History is a great think to do because in that way we fix a great future !! Make it simple!

Don't forget to mix the phrases doing phrase 1 right lead then Phrase 2 left lead and finally Phrase 3 right lead so now you start from Phrase 1 and left lead etc.
