4 Count Fun!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9120)

This can be lots of fun for any level of KickBoxer~it's basic, but a great way to get heart rates up and motivate your group.

Have them shuffle to the back of the room.
(crank the music UP!)

See, simple and fun! I usually do it about 4 times with them and then tell them that I want to see "how awesome they look" and face them while they do it a few times on their own with me still counting and guiding them through it. Then I tell them "they are on their own" and have them do it once or twice completely on their own. I tell then how great they did and do it one last time together with everyone counting!
