This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 9115)

This a full class routine, the finished product. Use your own building techniques. Just make sure you use some motivating music! I use the body shield for the kicking work, and focus mitts for the punching work. I hope you enjoy this!

Right foot lead staggered stance:

Do a "switch" and repeat from the top

Plyo work:

Front stance:

** A "switch" is a fast hop (feet up in the air) and turn around to face the opposite direction. You can use this as part of your plyo work for them to get used to doing the movement, really gets the heart rate up!
