Kick Blast I

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 9116)

These are kicking and punching drills I use the first part of my class. There simple and easy to do, gets them really warmed up for the second half of class. See KickBox Mania I, enjoy!

Bob & Weave into:

** March 123 = Level One: is actually march up for 3 counts (used in aerobics class). Level two: is a punching combination of 1 jab/1 cross/1 hook/1 uppercut. Level Three: is taking the punching combo and moving forward with it & follow it up with the lower body kicking routine. It will take a while to teach it, but they will get their heart rates up really good.
