It's about time!

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 9125)

I've benefited so much from the many patterns you've all shared so generously. I vow to start contributing myself!

Step is horizontal. Patterns start on right or left and end up with the opposite foot, no tapping necessary : ).

** You'll do a double side leg lift and then tap down and push yourself off the floor with that toe into a straddle

*** Similar to a mambo cha cha cha. Just like it sounds tap your heel, then your toe, then cha cha! I usually teach this in the warm up, starting with the mambo move.

** Step up right [1], lift left knee [2], left taps floor [3] then steps on bench while right leg swings at the same time [4], then left left swings [5], then right swings out [6] and then right foot steps down [7] followed by left foot [8]. If some people in your class don't want to do a pendulum, you can teach it as knee, lunge, march 3.

** This is like a run-run on the bench, using 2 knees just gives it some intensity. If they simply take the knee back home, then they'll end up back on the same foot they started with. With this move, they'll end up on the opposite foot.
