Kauai - April Low Impact - Keep on Dancing

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9126)

Once again some of the ideas are from this site as well as my aerobic buddies - Moe, Mel and Jean

Reverse lead and repeat

Repeat again with tempo squats going left and right

*Emphasize contracting abdominals everytime your knee lifts and reverse lead

Complete with knee lifts on the spot - single, single, doubles - desired reps and then butt bumps (which came from this site) - have students get down nice and low, forearms on thighs and squeeze glutes up at tempo...

Lastly: 4 count walk slow lowering towards the floor as if descending down stairs come back up with a single, single double step touch - thanks to Jean for this.
