Hi everyone! Bench is horizontal and all combos are
32 counts and self-reversing.
#1
- Basic right x2 (8)
- Horseshoe (turn straddle turn) (8)
- Diagonal corner, small U-turn (8)
- Hamstring curls to each corner (8)
Repeat left
#2
- Stomp right x2, hop turn to face the back wall (8)
- Alternate back kicks x2 (8)
- Rocking horse leading left with hop turn (you will be
facing the front) (8)
- Pendulum on bench (8)
Repeat left
#3
- Up basic and mambo off the bench, march x2 on the step and
lunge x2 and exit (12)
- Mambo right (4)
- Step kick, walk back with heel dig on floor, face
front (8) OR alternate kicks x2 to the front
- Box step repeaters (step knee straddle, box step
around) (8)
Repeat left
#4
- Alternate kicks to corner x3 (12)
- Walk around x4 (4)
- Turnstep left (4)
- Mambo right (4)
- Hop turn (4)
- March x4 or out-out-in-in on floor (4)
Repeat left
