Kickin thursday

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 9142)

In right guard

Repeat in left guard

I normally stretch after this when there nice and warm

This pattern is a TKO combo

This can be reduced even further bob and weave to keep heart rate up whilst teaching.

Repeat 8x on right then do left leading.

I hope this makes sense I break it down by adding block and strike together then block strike and kick together.

My class loves this one.
