These are the best push-ups I've ever done! Be careful to warn participants if they've recently eaten!!

Fun with fly's

Another option is to lower glutes down towards the floor as you do the pullovers (so as dumbbells go behind your head, glutes dip down towards the floor, as you bring the dumbbells back to your navel, push through heels and come back up to the 90 degree angle)
