Sporty Spice's #1- Take a Hike

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 9151)

Hey guys! This is my first step submission! This is for about an intermediate level class.

Bench is horizontal. All are 32 count and self-reversing.

Combo #1

Repeat left.

Combo #2

Repeat left.

* On glute squeezes, exit on home side of bench. Don't move it up the bench. This puts you in position to hitchhike in combo #2. Abductors also work well here.

** Right Lead: You will be beginning this at the far right side of bench facing left. Right foot goes up on bench turning to face front (1), left foot goes up on bench as you lift right foot off bench with a small kick (2). Here, you are now facing front on the far right side of bench. Exit (3,4).
