Shimmy and Roll with Meg

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 9156)

Hello! This is only 3 combos - not quite enough for more than 30 minutes of aerobics, but I would tack on another combo at the end. About intermediate level in complexity as well as challenging cardiovascular-ly.

This combo is done on Left facing SOUTH then gets you back to start again.

Combo C


*Power step touch
Step or JUMP right, left foot taps behind right foot arms sweep over and down to right like speed skating

**Shimmy squat squat right 2X, shoulders shake on counts 1, 2, feet back together and clap on 3,4

*** Rock and Roll
Rocking horse that travels up then back - step right (somewhat in front of you to the right) 1, hamstring curl left 2, step left 3, knee lift right knee bring it backwards (but stay facing front) step right, lift left knee travel back up
