High High Higher Part 2

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9182)

Up and Over- Bring knee up and tap toe to side of other foot and back, get them to bring knees up really high.

Heel toe travel twist- Alternating heel and toe travel to side whilst hopping on other foot. (this makes them groan).

Squat- Make a really big circle with the arms, brushing the floor with the fingertips each time you squat.

Sway sway circle- Transfering weight from foot to foot bring both arms across the body and back then launch yourself into a big circle elevating as high as you can using both arms together.

All the way round- V-step to front, side, back, side and front.

The last two sections can be repeated again by turning to back on 1st circle and to the front on the second.
