Big and Powerful

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 9187)

The following combos focus on big powerful movements. The first combo uses lateral floor space, while the second one focuses more on vertical movements, such as squats.

Combo #1--Right lead:

Reverses leading left.

Combo #2--Right lead:

Reverses leading left.

***Power Squat: Using repeater as your base, the second knee becomes a squat. The breakdown:
