Long Bench #2 -- "T" Step Combo

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9819)

Long bench position, start at the back of bench facing front of room.

"T" step (up/up, straddle, up/up, off the back) 32 counts. Practice this a bit, alternating leads

Combo: Right foot leads

Repeat left lead facing back of room

I do this combo towards the end of class, as they're wearing down a bit. Cue to "get low" on the straddles of the T-step, this really works the glutes. Going across the bench 3x and jacks really gets the heartrate up.
