Shallow Ladder

This is an Aquatic pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9811)

Start with exercise #1 for 15 seconds. Add exercise #2 for 15 seconds then return to #1. Continue with list until all exercises are completed. Example:

#1,
#1 & #2,
#1, #2 & #3,
#1, #2, #3 & #4,
and so on. This is great for when you are tired and don't want to get in with them. It will take about 45 minutes to complete all the exercises. When I have finished the whole list I do all the exercises for 5 seconds straight through.
