Deep Ladder

This is an Aquatic pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9812)

This is great for your deep water class. Start with exercise #1 for 15 seconds, then add on #2. Example:
#1
#1 & #2
#1, #2 & #3
#1, #2, #3 & #4
and so on. Should take longer than 45 minutes so adjust accordingly. If time permits go through the list doing them for 5 seconds each.
