Military ABS

This is an Abs pattern from (pattern 9820)

I read everyones routines and figured I should submit one of my favorites!

Flutter kicks, an oldy but goody!

My ladies love to hate this one. When finished hold the legs out for an 8 counts or so, then repeat flutter kicks again!

*** To add to this after holding for the 8 count you can slowly (4 count) raise legs to ceiling then lower again. Always a burner.
