Kickboxing circuit

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 9821)

This routine is for the instructor who needs a break. I began using this when I just didn't have the energy or time to put together a really great routine.

Basically I make signs that I put around the aerobics room.

Basics would be

You can also do combos at each station or ab work

I do 1 minute at each station and then immediately everybody does a "cardio event" for 30 seconds

Examples are run in place, jumping jacks, squat jumps, jump rope, shuffle, football run, high knees, butt kicks

Then they go to the next exercise, then cardio, etc. I do this twice which takes 30 minutes with 5 lower body and 5 upper body kickboxing exercises. 15 minute warm-up and 15 minutes for abs and stretching.

I got such an overwhelming response to this that I now do it about once every 3 weeks or so. It's nice to have something that doesn't take alot of effort on your part when your not having a great day that still gives your people an unbelievable workout.
