Arm jabs to Fatigue!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9823)

This is my favorite jab combination and my class's too! Great for beginners and easy to learn and teach. I usually have a few sets of "jumping rope" beforehand to get that heart rate up, and then while they are jabbing I have them keep their feet jumping. You do one arm to "semi"-fatigue and then the other...

Start on right arm aiming front:

Now, aim that right jab to the side: repeat

Then, alternate front to side in twos (keep it doubletime)

Bring that right arm up and start the punching bag, then reverse direction. Switch to left arm. After they've done both arms have them do a lunge and pulse it while they're doing punching bag with both arms. Switch legs and reverse punching direction.
