Non-stop Step #1

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 9825)

I, too, am guilty of using this site for a long time without submitting something. So, here is a routine that I have used the last week or so. Some original stuff, some stuff from this site -- THANK YOU!

Start with the right lead, step is horizontal. Each block is 32 counts.

Combo 1 Facing front:

Repeat left lead

Combo 2:

Repeat left lead

Combo 3:

Repeat left lead OR add the next combo for another 32 counts

Optional Combo 4: (this does not change the lead leg)

Repeat left lead

Combo 5

** Mambo straddle
Left foot mambo on the bench (counts 1, 2), left foot straddles the bench and mambo (counts 3, 4), left foot back on the bench to mambo (counts 5, 6), left foot mambos on the ground on the "home" side of the bench (counts 7,8). On the other side.

The L-step places you on the right end of the step, left leg closest to the box. After the L-step, the right leg steps onto the box causing you to turn so you face west, the left leg kicks. As you exit, left foot comes down then right foot goes immediately into the alternating stomp.

      North (usually the front of the room)
