Turn Around Side Kick

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9842)

This one is a little tricky but once the class gets it down, its a whole lot of fun. Start with left foot back, right front. Jab Right, cross left, jab right, cross left, take a step forward with left foot and pivot on right foot and do a side kick with right leg. As you kick, turn body around and step down on right foot facing other direction. So this combo has you switching from the front of the room to the back of the room. Its a little confusing but good balance work and fun to switch directions. Enjoy!
