Calling All Boxaerobic Instructors #2

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9849)

Wow! "Ask and it will be given to you." This sure holds true with all of you! I asked for boxaerobic patterns and you came through! It was so great getting on and seeing so many new patterns. Thanks for all the new ideas-keep them coming!!! Here's another one for you.

Start at one end of the room. I usually split my class down the middle, send them to opposite ends, and we do this drill coming towards each other. Each set goes from one wall to the other. Turn around and do the next set going back to the opposite wall.

Repeat all three sets one more time! What a great leg workout! They'll feel it the next day!

*Walking lunges with a front push-Step out into a lunge with the right leg. As you stand up, do a front push with the left leg. Then immediately go into a left lunge and a right front push. Continue to the opposite wall.

**Triple pulse walking lunge with a front push-Step out into a lunge with the right leg and pulse 3x. Then, as you stand up, do a front push with the left leg. Repeat other side. Continue to opposite side of room.
