Thigh burner

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 9852)

Starting position: Place legs in position for plie squats with knees directly over ankles and lower yourself until your thighs are exactly parallel to the floor - in other word nice and low. Your body weight should be on the heels of your feet.

The knee should always be in line with the ankle - it never moves beyond toward the toe if you read my directions correctly. Keep abdominals tight and caution against this move for anyone with knee problems. Other than that, I hope you can follow this move - it works great.
