Basic UMPH!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9862)

Here, a couple of basic move combos to really get'em working:

Combo 1: Punch Combo

Repeat with hook and with uppercut...jelly arms!

Combo 2: Bob & Weave

Repeat to the left with hook, repeat to the right with uppercuts.

Combo 3: Kick Combo

Repeat with side kick and back kick

Combo 4: punch, knee, kick

Repeat with left lead

Breakdown:

Put it together!

Combo 5: Punch bag, kick, jump rope, jack

Repeat with side kick and back kick

Combo 6: Pyramid...intensity booster

Repeat twice for a total of 32 counts.

Repeat four times for a total of 32 counts.

Here, you can do everything with front kick, again with side kick, and even with knee slams.
